Call for submissions of classical contemporary music

CreArtBox is pleased to announce a call for scores for future performances during the 2023/24 and 2024/25 season featuring soloists from the CreArtBox Ensemble.

The call is open to all composers without restrictions.

Instrumentation

CreArtBox is an open ensemble with a core ensemble of flute, clarinet, violin, cello, and piano.

The final instrumentation for each performance or our upcoming season is decided based on the repertoire. Please explore our past performances CreArtBox's website.

Composers are welcome to submit pieces of any instrumentation, any chamber music ensemble will be considered.

It is highly encouraged, to indicate (when possible) if the piece could be arranged to be played with other instrumentation. This will give the piece more chance to be programed

Length

The recommended length is 5-15 minutes, but please, submit large work if you have as it might lead to other projects.

Works may incorporate electronics and/or video.

CreArtBox creates and produces live art performances, fusing classical and contemporary music with original ideas encouraged by multidisciplinary interaction. Our programs are designed to support professional artists, encourage the creation of new meaningful work, make world-class performances accessible to everyone regardless of background or economic circumstance, inspire and educate future generations, revitalize local communities, and nurture new ways of human expression.
