American composers.

A parallel call dedicated to U.S.-based composers. Selected works are programd on the CreArt Music Series at The DiMenna Center and on touring engagements.

What we're seeking

• Original chamber compositions: duos, trios, or up to 8 musicians.
• Duration between 5 and 15 minutes.

Eligibility

• U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
• No restrictions based on experience or age.

What to send (when the cycle reopens)

• Two scores in PDF format.
• Recording or MIDI realisation (mp3).
• Submission through the online application form.

What selected composers receive

Selected works receive professional performance and recording, and are integrated into interdisciplinary productions combining music with visual arts and theatre. Past participants have received $10,000 each in commissions, with works featured on U.S. and European tours.
